Breakfast and After School Clubs

Breakfast Club from 7.45am

Children are provided with a breakfast of toast, cereal or porridge.

 

After School Club from 3:15pm to 6:00pm

light tea provided past 4:30pm

At Churchend Primary Academy our experienced and friendly team offer before and after school provision to support families with childcare. The children participate in a range of games, activities and crafts to suit all interests and have access to our extensive ground. If you wish for child to stay for tea, please let staff know when booking and all children get a drink and biscuit when they arrive after school.

 

All the staff are very experienced working with children. Mrs Thompson is Day Manager and responsible for the day to day running of breakfast & after school club. Other members of staff include, Mrs Allan and Ms Barnes, Mrs Jackson, Ms Beasley, Ms Izzard, Ms Crowshaw. 

 

After school club is open to all children from year R though to year 6. Children attending from Reception, Years 1 and 2 are collected from their classrooms.

After School Club runs from 3.15pm and closes promptly at 6.00pm.

 

Children also have the option to attend until 4.30pm for a reduced rate but this will not include tea.

Children can attend other after school clubs and then go on to after school club afterwards. The full session cost still applies.

 

Each term we will ask you to complete a booking form which will run for the term. Please ensure you re-book your child's place as we fill our places on a first come first served basis.

 

Please contact the school office on admin@churchendacademy.com if you would like to book a place. Children cannot attend these clubs without a booking. On the day bookings cannot be accepted unless due to exceptional circumstances.

 

All bookings will be renewed every term unless you inform us of any changes.

Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

A waiting list will be kept if the clubs are full.
