Following the government decision to close schools from Friday to all pupils except those who are children of key workers we are developing a plan to meet the needs of our school community.
This will include providing work for pupils who will not be in school from Monday and keeping school open for the children of key workers and vulnerable families who need support at this time. We are in the process of collecting information from parents/carers about their roles as key workers at the moment and will be in contact with those families about arrangements for next week. Please could key workers let admin know ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) if your child will be attending breakfast club, after school club or school next week.
Staff in all year groups are compiling work and activities for children to complete over the next 2 weeks and these will be sent home with children or emailed to parents and carers by Friday 20th March if not already received. Please contact school if you have not received this.
Work and activities will also be put on year group pages of the school website or class story page of class DOJO.
If parents/carers need support with completing work or activities we will set up an email address where you will be able to contact teaching staff for guidance during specified hours. More details about this will follow.
If parents/carers need to contact the school for other reasons then please use the usual admin email address during normal office hours.
