We have been thinking about what we eat to keep ourselves healthy. We have already made fruit kebabs and smoothies. Now we needed to make something warm and tasty for the winter.
We used vegetables to make a tasty soup. First we had to prepare the vegetables so we tried out lots of different skills to get them ready for the pot. We peeled potatoes, sliced leeks and chopped the onions. The onions were tricky as they made our eyes water!
Once everything was chopped we added it to a pot with some water and stock. Mrs Bexx cooked it for us and we tasted it later....a healthy winter warmer!
